Your love is unconditional. You think upon me when the sun rises and sets. When the stars shine, your heart remains in mine. Every moment between belongs to me. Not one breath is breathed without exhaling me into existence. You strategically place me, even in the darkest corner so that when you stumble you have to find the light. Your love does not falter, nor does it contend. It is not self seeking or power hungry. The only power you seek is mine to share. You want only to stop the darkness. You hope the lost become found, above your own life, you seek me.
I loved you unconditionally… yet, for the world to love me, what eye can truly see? You show me, love me, and offer my love to the world. At the risk of life and the price of all that matters you bow before me, offering your life. You do not just pray, you speak to me and wait for me to answer. When I called out for you, you came and said Lord… “Here I am send me!” You have been obedient and trusted. You have given without repayment, sown through drought and watered those who needed to drink from me. Your life has fed the lost and given hope. Because of me you have transformed your life to represent unconditional love. I am unconditional love. Christ crucified is unconditional love. I am unconditionally yours.
